Key Protection
Your personal VPN access key is strictly confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Sharing your key with others violates our terms of service and will result in immediate key deactivation and permanent account suspension from our system.
Support Communication
Please maintain respectful communication when contacting our support team through the Telegram bot. Spam messages, flooding, or abusive behavior towards our support staff is not tolerated. All support requests are processed in order of receipt within 48 hours during business days.
